Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted under the following conditions:

  1. The product is received in a damaged or defective condition
  2. The product received does not match the order placed
  3. The product is lost or not delivered due to an error by DRX Wear or the courier

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  1. Change of mind after purchase
  2. Incorrect selection of size, color, or variant by the customer
  3. Products that have been used, washed, or had their tags removed
  4. Promotional, heavily discounted, or clearance products (unless proven defective)

3. Refund Request Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 x 24 hours after the product is received.

4. Late Submissions

Any refund requests submitted beyond the stated time limit will not be processed.

5. Final Decision

PT Berkat Indah Garment, as the brand owner of DRX Wear, reserves the full right to make the final decision regarding any product return or exchange.

Refund Request Procedure

  1. The customer must contact DRX Wear Customer Service and provide the following information:
  2. Order number
  3. Photos and/or videos showing the product condition
  4. A brief explanation of the issue
  5. Please allow up to 2 business days for the verification process
  6. If the request is approved, the refund will be provided in one of the following forms:
  7. A refund to the original payment method, or
  8. A product exchange (subject to stock availability)
  9. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; however, a discount voucher will be provided as compensation instead of a shipping cost refund.
  10. DRX Wear reserves the right to reject refund requests if there is any indication of policy abuse.
  11. Customers must submit return or exchange requests through the available features on the Website or E-Commerce platform.
  12. The Customer Service team will review the request and notify the customer of the request status via email.
  13. Once the request is approved, the product may be returned to the following warehouse address:
